Stay tuned to the rules for registering in the mini-courses:

1. The mini-courses will occur online and live from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in August of the current year in the morning from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and each will have a workload of 3 hours.

2. Each participant will be able to enroll in only one mini-course per day, that is, if on August 11 a.m. there are 4 mini-courses happening at the same time, online and live, the participant will be able to enroll in only one on the 11 a.m. of August.

3. The number of places is limited to just 20 places for each online and live mini-course.

4. On 08/02/2021, a link are send to the participants’ e-mail so that they can enroll in the online and live mini-courses offered in the 3 days of the event.

5. The mini-courses that can record will be available from 8/16/2021 to 9/15/2021 for participants who are interested in registering and watching them in their entirety. These recorded mini-courses will have certified if the participant registers and watches them entirely.

6. Attention: Stay tuned to the dates of each mini-course, as no participant can enroll in two or more mini-courses offered online and live on the same day. If this happens, automatically are canceled the subscription.

Turma do Luria: Assessment and Intervention Practical Guide

Course content description: This course aims to introduce Luria and its applicability in the context of children who have global developmental delay. The instrument provides a Practical Activity Program, Performance Chart and an individualized Teaching Plan, targeting eight essential skills, namely: Attending Tasks, Imitation, Visual Perception, Expressive and Receptive Language, Academic, Social Play and Adaptive Behavior.

Graduated in Psychology and specialized in Neuropsychology at CEPSIC – HCFMUSP. Master and Doctor in Psychology in Universidad São Francisco (USF) with a concentration area in Psychological Assessment, scholarship by CAPES. Clinical Director and psychotherapist at Clínica Luria – Therapeutic Space, Development and Research, working in the neuropsychological assessment and stimulation of individuals with developmental delay, in the treatment of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in learning disorders and behavioral changes, as well as in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation of adults and the elderly. He is currently coordinator of the Specialization in Neuropsychology at the Instituto de Pós-graduação e Graduação (IPOG), where he also serves as a professional internship supervisor in Neuropsychology. Beside that, he is the coordinator of the Specialization in ABA Intervention applied to the Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability, and author of Turma da Luria: Practical Guide to Child Intervention by Editora Vetor.

Dimentional Inventory of Child Development Assessment (IDADI)

Course content description: The Dimensional Child Development Assessment Inventory (IDADI) is an instrument that assesses children aged 4 to 72 months through the report of their parents or caregivers. It includes seven development domains: Cognitive, Socioemotional, Communication and Receptive Language, Communication and Expressive Language, Broad Motricity, Fine Motricity and Adaptive Behavior. This course is designed for professionals working in the child development field and will introduce the IDADI and its application, survey and interpretation standards.

Psychological Assessment in Admission Examination for Public Sector

Course content description: The mini-course on Psychological Assessment in Admission Examination for Public Sector will cover the purpose, the stages, the main normative and the biggest challenges faced at this stage. The methodology of “profesiography”  (the scientific study of the Job title) and its importance in the process will also be discussed.

PhD in Psychology. Professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology and at the Graduate Program in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Brasília. Psychological Assessment in the context of Civil Aviation

Course content description: This mini-course aims to familiarize participants with the context and procedures of Psychological Assessment in the context of Civil Aviation for the exercise of functions onboard aircraft. Legal, ethical, technical and practical aspects of the evaluation will be addressed, as well as the constructs to be evaluated, available instruments and preparation of documents.

Psychological Assessment of High Abilities/ Giftedness

Course content description: High abilities/giftedness (HA/G) is a phenomenon that is still little explored in Psychology, especially in the area of ​​psychological assessment, despite the growing demand. On the subject, several challenges still need to overcome, involving lack of consensus about its definition, myths and misconceptions about the concept, difficulties in identifying and evaluating individuals who have indicators of high ability/giftedness, absence of specifically developed psychological instruments for that population. Such issues have constituted difficulties for the study of the theme and the expansion of adequate care for this specific population. In this sense, the mini-course aims to present, in general, the main topics related to the theme of high abilities/giftedness: definitions, historical understandings, Brazilian laws and service programs. There Will Greater emphasis to the identification processes and instruments used in the psychological assessment process. Finally, the various possibilities of the psychologist’s performance in this context will address to situate the contribution of Psychology to this field.

Diagnostic Interview for Personality Disorders ( E- TRAP)

Lecturer: Phd Sérgio Eduardo Silva de Oliveira

Course content description: The personality disorders diagnoses is a paradigm transition process, moving from a categorical to a dimensional model. To make this transition less abrupt, was proposed a hybrid model, which combines both approaches (categorical and dimensional). Were published these two systems for assessing and diagnosing personality disorders in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). Was developed the Diagnostic Interview for Personality Disorders (E-TRAP To assist researchers and clinicians in the diagnostic practice of this type of psychopathology. It is a semi-adaptive, computerized interview developed in Brazil and based on the categorical and dimensional models of the DSM-5. This mini-course aims to present the theoretical bases of E-TRAP and technical specifications for its proper use.  It will held Discussions on the knowledge, skills and abilities required to use E-TRAP, as well as guidelines for the ethical and consistent use of scores and interpretations derived from E-TRAP.

Sergio Eduardo Silva de Oliveira is psychologist ( UNILAVRAS, 2009), specialist in psychological assessment (UFRGS, 2014), master in psychology (UFRGS, 2012) and Ph.D. in psychology (UFRGS, 2016). His doctoral internship was at the University of Minnesota under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Robert Frank Krueger.  He is Adjunct professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology (PCL) and at the Graduate Program in Clinical Psychology and Culture (PsiCC) at University of Brasília (UnB). At UNB, hi is the founder and coordinator of the Center for Studies in Clinical Psychological Assessment (NEAPSIC) and the Psychological Assessment Service (SAPsi). He is an associate member of the Brazilian Institute of Psychological Assessment (IBAP) and a member of the international consortium of researchers of the hierarchical taxonomy model of psychopathology (HiTOP model).

Remote Psychosocial Assessment through AVAX Platform

Online Attention Test (AOL): differentials in the use of technology in the assessment of attention.

Course content description: The development of new technologies has contributed to the transformation of professional activities in different areas of activity. Specifically for Psychology, the resources offered by informatics can bring important contributions to the psychological assessment processes. The computerization of psychological tests and instruments makes it possible to gather information about the evaluated subjects that would not be possible through instruments that use pencil and paper. In addition, it ensures greater standardization, precision and agility in application and assessment procedures, allowing the psychologist to spend more time in synthesizing the information obtained during the psychological assessment process. In the context of attention assessment, the AOL-A (Alternate Online Attention), AOL-C (Concentrated Online Attention) and AOL-D (Divided Online Attention) tests have technological features such as time recording of reaction and the form and sequence in which the stimuli are selected, in addition to the attribution of differentiated scores depending on the order of execution of the test. Measures that provide greater control and understanding of the individual’s attention capacity. This short course aims to present the differentials and guidelines for using the On-line Attention tests – AOL (Alternate, Concentrated and Divided).
